Guangzhou Yingjing Technology Co., Ltd (“the Company”) is a technology enterprise that integrates research and development, production, and trade, with its headquarters located in Guangzhou, China. The Company’s business scope includes the R&D, production, import and export trade, and other activities of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), pharmaceutical intermediates, pesticides, dyes, and fine chemical products. The Company’s core business is divided into two major segments: R&D and import and export trade.
The Company has established an open technology platform dedicated to creating a technological empowerment platform for the pharmaceutical health industry, aspiring to facilitate API manufacturing companies, pharmaceutical production enterprises, chemical manufacturing companies, and entrepreneurs to lower R&D thresholds, improve R&D efficiency, and facilitate the early introduction of more new and effective drugs to benefit patients globally. The Company has established two major R&D centers in Guangzhou and Wuhan, mainly engaged in the R&D of APIs, pharmaceutical intermediates, pharmaceutical preparations, and fine chemical products. Its Wuhan R&D center spans an area of 1,500 square meters, housing over 150 R&D personnel. Our platform is currently supporting more than 100 R&D projects from over 50 partners. The Company has built pre-production test and large-scale production bases in the Economic and Technological Development Zone of Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia, China.
The Company boasts a professional sales team with strong comprehensive abilities and extensive product experience, dedicated to empowering customers with high-quality services. The Company has sales outlets in various locations across China, such as Guangzhou, Shanghai, Shijiazhuang, Chengdu, Hangzhou, Shenyang, Haikou, Nanjing, Wuhan, Xi’an, and Lanzhou, with a sales team of over 300 personnel in these locations. Offices have been established in the United States, Japan, Germany, and Brazil, mainly tasked with distributing pharmaceutical intermediates and other chemical products imported from abroad in the Chinese market and selling competitively priced Chinese products overseas. The Company has established close trade relations and economic cooperation with nearly 100 customers in over 30 countries and regions worldwide. As labor costs in China rise and the government’s environmental protection supervision strengthens, a large number of fine chemical factories have been closed. Facing this new situation, the Company has decided to strengthen its import business, with plans to establish a procurement office in India. It aims to fully utilize its sales network in the Chinese market to import scarce and competitively priced APIs, pharmaceutical intermediates, and other chemical products from India, meeting the demands of the Chinese market.
Highly qualified employees form an essential asset of the Company. Most of our employees are university undergraduates and master’s graduates majoring in chemistry, international trade, foreign languages, and other related fields. We now have a vibrant, creative, and cooperative team. We currently employ over 700 staff members, including 21 foreign employees, seven externally hired expert professors, 15 doctor’s degree holders, and 52 master’s degree holders. Over 92% of employees hold at least a bachelor’s degree. The Company owns a regular hazardous goods warehouse and professional operational procedures to ensure safety standards are met in business, production, and logistics.
